i don't have any rule set and in stone. *but* -- if you don't have jack that i'm interested in watching, the odds of me accepting a request is pretty damn low. if you don't have a single thing uploaded, i may just mute you, especially if you spam me with multiple add reqs. also i'm lazy af so if i don't get around to your request, it might just be b/c i haven't bothered logging on in awhile.
i try to occasionally upload, but this site is malware-infested trash and i get sick of 3-week long processing times and the upload button going missing every other day. but i do try once in awhile.
