It takes a lot of time to go through the amount of requests I get so im going to assume if you dont have a profile picture you have little or no videos so I will instantly reject. Repeat requests and i'll just ignore, sorry, it's v time consuming going through requests.
Will only accept you if you're contributing. Please have videos uploaded within the last year. I probably wont accept any with old or poor quality videos.
